Frank Millsap 's '48 Studebaker. Frank is the owner of Sachse Rod Shop - this is his personal project. Scratch built frame with Mustang II suspension - custom built rear 4-bar - handmade floors, wheel tubs, & firewall. Future plans call for a big block Chevy, 4L80 transmission, a chop, and extensive exterior sheetmetal modifcations.
